Teamviewer Remote App Install –> having trouble with the instructions below? Try this and we’ll connect another way

Application Install Instructions – for existing clients – install this ONCE and we can access whenever you need us

    1. PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS BELOW.  Very important to use the proper password when prompted (below)
    2. Download the application HERE and run it
    3. Click NEXT
    4. Select Company / Commercial use
    5. Accept the license Agreement
    6. use the password: bronx – IMPORTANT if you use another password and don’t tell us we can’t get on
    7. If you need to change your password, right click on teamviewer in system tray near clock –> options –> security
    8. leave other options untouched and hit NEXT
    9. Hit NEXT and finish
    10. Send the 9 digit Code to: it@moonrivers.com

Run the program after downloading and you will see the screen below

Most Important! when prompted use password: bronx (5 letter, all lowercase)

If you use another password be sure to email it to use with the 9 digit code you will
get at the end.  If you do NOT use bronx or tell us your password we cannot access your
computer. You can leave the computer name field with its default value OR name it anything you want
this is text we will see when connecting to your computer so feel free to identify it J

Leave the “add this computer…” field UN-CHECKED / BLANK

 

You are done! Send the 9 digit code next to “your id” to it@moonrivers.com
REMEMBER —> if you didn’t use bronx as your password send us the password you used
