The first step in getting help is to install our remote support application. Our remote support app allows us to control your computer or server remotely as if we were sitting right in front of them. We can remove viruses, work in safe mode, remote-reboot, run updates and install applications and printers for you. To get started just follow these 30 second instructions and we’ll be on in no time.
The first step is to download our security zip file here. This will give you a handy folder with many of the tools you/we will need to lock down your computer. If you don’t mind spending a few bucks and have a newer computer (with 4 gigs + RAM) buy and install the PRO version of Malwarebytes software. It will run an effective real-time malware blocker and keep you protected and safe from infection.
