Laptops:
- Blue screen of death: it should restart on its own, but if not hold down the power button until it powers off. Wait 20 seconds and power it back on, if it starts up we can hop on and get your crash dump and debug the file to find the problem
- Computer won’t start / boots in endless loop / no power at all: unplug all perhipheral devices from it (printers, mouse, usb drive..). If you have a removable battery, remove it. Unplug from wall and hold down the power button for a minute to completely discharge it. Wait 20 seconds, plug in and boot up. Does it work? If so turn off, replace battery and boot up again, does it still work?
- Getting into windows but then crashing or having issues? In windows 7 boot into safe mode with networking, start teamviewer (or install) an send us your code
Desktops:

When you attempt to power on do you hear the fan kick on? complete silence? listen carefully for a beeping sequence and record it (an error code from the motherboard)

Printers & Other Network Equipment:
- Not a whole lot to do besides powering the devices on and off (unplug them from the back of the device or at the wall, wait 20 seconds and plug back in)
